how a specific method be suitable for a specific group of students

Psycholinguistics as a study of the psychology of language is realized in language teaching. it helps to study the psychological factors that are possibly involved in languages learning. in order to help language learning happen, some methods have been used widely in the field of language teaching over the countries. some of these methods have been developed based on some theories provided by psycholinguistics. these theories are known as psycholinguistics approach. psycholinguistic approach views learning as a cognitive individual process happening within the individual and then moves to the social dimension. language perception (listening and reading) and language production (speaking and writing) as the four of language skills need to be focused on. helping to understand the difficulties of these four skills (intrinsic and extrinsic motivation), and helping to explain the errors students do in the language learning are the main functions of psycholinguistics. besides, some brain disorders like agraphia and aphasia must also be treated in this way. in order for psycholinguistics to helps teachers to consider the use of appropriate method to teach that four language skills, factors like intelligence, aptitude, learning style, personality, motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic), culture and status, and age must be considered under the umbrella of methods like natural method, total physical response method, and suggestopedia method. how a specific method is suitable for a specific group of students is the main goal of this study.
