چکیده    Internship program (ip) is a reflective course which makes students become qualified for real situations. in internship program (ip) is a reflective course which make students become qualified for real situations. in fargangiyan university of iran, it is accompanied with some theoretical foundations such as reflection, observation, narration, description and etc. and programed in four semesters, about 512 hours. the goal of this research is to assess interns` satisfaction and expectations of the ip and their qualifications in four dimensions of pedagogical, attitudinal, structural and physical. the methodology is a mixed one; qualitative- quantitative in which the data is gathered by structured questionnaires which has assessed the extent of theoretical and practical knowledge of interns including: observation, reflective observation, and activity design, report and reflective writing. the background of the research has been done before by the authors as basic and advanced skills in internship. the theoretical framework is based on different experiences and approaches to ip specifically reflection. the findings showed that students need more professional knowledge such as reflective observation and description. they face some problems in management system of schools and their physical environment as well. their overall satisfaction of the ip is rather weak. it is indicated that some reforms on the ip should be done in theoretical, practical and technical dimensions.
