مروری بر بازخورد و تاثیر متقابل رفتار معلم روی پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش اهداف پیشرفت و بازخورد معلم بر درگیری تحصیلی با واسطه گری خودگویی انگیزشی می باشد. مقاله حاضر به روش مروری- کتابخانه ای است، که با توجه به نظرات اندیشمندان این عرصه به رشته تحریر در آمده است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی نقش معلم بر روی پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان می‌باشد. محتوای لازم برای نگارش این مطالعه از طریق جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی (sid)، scholar g و موتور جستجوی گوگل بدست آمده است. که نتایج بدست آمده نشان داده‌اند که تعلیم و تربیت فرزندان امروز و فردا به معلمانی با انگیزه و کارآمد نیاز دارد. نقش معلم در توسعه پایدار به خوبی مشخص و با فراهم آوردن شرایط مناسب، منزلت اجتماعی بالایی را برای این حرفه باید در نظر گرفت. نیل به یک معلم اثربخش که بتواند تدریس و در نتیجه آموزش و پرورشی اثربخش را محقق سازد، پیشتر خود مستلزم تحقق شرایط و زمینه‌هایی است. از جمله این شرایط و زمینه ها، رعایت استانداردهای حرفه معلمی است که حضور آنها موجب می شود معلم تمامی همت و توان خویش را به میدان عمل مدرسه و کلاس درس وارد سازد. باید با مفهوم استانداردهای حرفه معلمی و اهمیت و نقش آن در عرصه کار تدریس آشنا شد و در جهت ارتقای سطح آن در میان معلمان تلاش نمود.

a review of the feedback and the mutual effect of the teacher's behavior on the students' academic progress

the purpose of the current research is to determine the role of progress goals and teacher feedback on academic engagement with the mediation of motivational self-talk. this article is a review-library method, which was written according to the opinions of scholars in this field. the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of the teacher on the academic progress of students. the necessary content for writing this study was obtained through searching in databases (sid), scholar g and google search engine. the obtained results have shown that the education of today's and tomorrow's children needs motivated and efficient teachers. the role of the teacher in sustainable development is well defined and by providing suitable conditions, a high social status for this profession should be considered. achieving an effective teacher who can teach and thus achieve effective education requires the fulfillment of conditions and contexts. among these conditions and fields is the observance of the standards of the teacher's profession, whose presence makes the teacher put all his effort and strength into the school and classroom. one should get familiar with the concept of standards of the teaching profession and its importance and role in the field of teaching and try to improve its level among teachers.
