چالش ها و فرصت های استفاده از تکنولوژی های نوین آموزشی در دوران کرونا در فعالیت های آموزشی معلمان

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل چالش ها و فرصت های استفاده از تکنولوژی های نوین آموزشی در دوران کرونا بر کیفیت فعالیت های آموزشی معلمان انجام شده است.روش: با توجه به منابع مطالعاتی در این پژوهش، تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کیفی بوده و پژوهشی توصیفی-تحلیلی می باشد. یافته ها: پژوهش پیش رو بیان می کند استفاده از تکنولوژی های نوین آموزشی در فعالیت های آموزشی معلمان با فرصت ها و چالش هایی در حیطه‌های شناختی، آموزشی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی_اجتماعی، جسمانی و روانی رو به رو بوده است. این چالش ها عبارتنداز: حیطه شناختی: ناتوانی درکنترل صحت منابع در دسترس دانش‌آموزان؛ حیطه آموزشی: مشکلات ارزشیابی؛ حیطه اقتصادی: فقدان زیرساخت‌های لازم؛ حیطه فرهنگی و اجتماعی: کاهش تعاملات؛ حیطه جسمانی و روانی: افزایش آسیب‌های جسمانی و کاهش بهداشت روانی. فرصت‌های استفاده از تکنولوژی های نوین آموزشی در فعالیت های آموزشی معلمان عبارتنداز: حیطه شناختی: تغییر نگرش و توسعه حرفه ای معلمان؛ حیطه آموزشی: اثربخشی آموزش و افزایش کیفیت یادگیری دانش‌آموزان؛ حیطه اقتصادی: کاهش هزینه های آموزشی؛ حیطه فرهنگی و اجتماعی: افزایش استقلال یادگیرندگان؛ حیطه جسمانی و روانی: افزایش اعتماد به-نفس معلمان.نتیجه‌‌ گیری: استفاده از تکنولوژی های نوین آموزشی فرصت هایی را در اختیار معلمان قرار می‌دهد که می توانند با شیوه های تدریس فعال بیشتر آشنا شوند و با اعتمادبه نفس بیشتری به فعالیت های آموزشی خود بپردازند و در نهایت، استفاده از تکنولوژی-های نوین آموزشی می تواند، به عنوان بستری برای توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان باشد. در این راستا چالش هایی نیز وجود دارد که سیستم آموزشی باید به سمتی حرکت کند که این موانع مطرح شده را به فرصت هایی برای توانمندی معلمان تبدیل کند.

challenges and opportunities of using new educational technologies in the era of corona virus in teachers' educational activities

purpose: the present research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the challenges and opportunities of using new educational technologies in the era of corona on the quality of teachers' educational activities.method: according to the study sources in this research, the current research is qualitative research and descriptive-analytical research.findings: this study states that the use of new educational technologies in the educational activities of teachers has faced opportunities and challenges in cognitive, educational, economic, socio-cultural, physical and psychological fields. these challenges include: cognitive field: the inability to control the validity of the resources available to students; educational field: evaluation problems; economic field: lack of necessary infrastructure; cultural and social field: reduction of interactions; physical and mental field: increase in physical injuries and decrease in mental health. the opportunities of using new educational technologies in the educational activities of teachers are: cognitive field: changing the attitude and professional development of teachers; educational field: teaching effectiveness and increasing the quality of students' learning; economic field: reduction of educational costs; cultural and social field: increasing the independence of learners; physical and mental field: increasing teachers' self-confidence.conclusion: the use of new educational technologies provides opportunities for teachers to become more familiar with active teaching methods and engage in their educational activities with more confidence and finally, the use of new educational technologies can be used as a way for teachers' professional development. in this path, there are also challenges that the educational system should try to turn them into opportunities for the empowerment of teachers.
