بررسی تطبیقی خدمات آموزش و پرورش استثنایی در کشورهای آمریکا، چین، هند، ایران

آموزش و پرورش مورد نیاز کودکان استثنایی با آنچه اکثریت کودکان و دانش آموزان به آن احتیاج دارند بسیار متفاوت می باشد . هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تطبیقی نظام آموزش و پرورش استثنایی در کشورهای آمریکا ، چین ، هند و ایران است ، که از میان ابعاد مختلف نظام آموزش و پرورش استثنایی به صورت هدفمند خدمات ارائه شده به کودکان استثنایی بررسی شده است . روش پژوهش توصیفی - مقایسه ای است . ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات شامل کتب ، پایان نامه ها ، مقالات معتبر علمی در داخل و خارج از کشور می باشد . نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می دهد که هر چهار کشور به آموزش کودکان استثنایی اهمیت می دهند و از اهداف مشترک آن ها آموزش متناسب با نیاز های کودکان استثنایی و آماده کردن آن ها برای بزرگسالی و اداره ی زندگی است . همچنین حق آموزش رایگان و حمایت و توانبخشی این کودکان از قوانین مشترک این کشور ها می باشد . اما خدمات ارائه شده و کابرد فناوری های پیشرفته در ایران به نسبت کشورهای مورد مطالعه کمتر است .

the education needed by exceptional children is very different from what the majority of children and students need. the aim of the current research is a comparative study of the exceptional education system in america, china, india, and iran, and among the various aspects of the exceptional education system, the targeted services provided to exceptional children have been investigated. the research method is descriptive-comparative. information gathering tools include books, theses, and valid scientific articles inside and outside the country. the results of the research show that all four countries attach importance to the education of exceptional children, and one of their common goals is to provide education according to the needs of exceptional children and prepare them for adulthood and managing life. also, the right to free education and support and rehabilitation of these children is a common law of these countries. however, the services provided and the application of advanced technologies in iran are less than the studied countries.
