بررسی تاثیر اضطراب کووید-19 بر افسردگی و عملکرد شغلی معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر سقز در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400

هدف تحقیق کنونی بررسی تاثیر اضطراب کووید-19 بر افسردگی و عملکرد شغلی معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر سقز در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بود که نوع تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر سقز در سال 1401-1400 بود، که حجم آنها 950 نفر است. حجم نمونه با استفاده فرمول کوکران برای جامعۀ مورد نظر 247 نفر برآورد شد، همچنین روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت در دسترس بود، بدین گونه که لینک پرسشنامه برای معلمان مدارس مقطع ابتدایی شهر سقز ارسال شد. ابزاهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، مقیاس عملکرد شغلی پاترسون (1922)، مقیاس افسردگی بک (1966) و مقیاس اضطراب کووید-19 علیپور و همکاران (1398)، بودند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیره استفاده به عمل آمد. نتایج آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین اضطراب کووید-19 با افسردگی معلمان رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود داشت و ضریب همبستگی آن برابر 27/0 بود. هم‌چنین بین اضطراب کووید-19 با عملکرد شغلی معلمان رابطه معکوس و معناداری وجود داشت و ضریب همبستگی آن برابر 14/0- بود. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که اضطراب کووید-19 با به ترتیب ضریب بتای 270/0 و 14/0- توانست افسردگی معلمان را تبیین کند.

investigating the impact of covid-19 anxiety on depression and job performance of elementary school teachers in saghez city in the academic year of 2022-2023

the aim of the current research was to investigate the effect of covid-19 anxiety on depression and job performance of elementary school teachers in saghez city in the academic year of 2022-2023, which is a descriptive and correlational type of research. the statistical population of this research was all primary school teachers in saghez city in 1400-1401, which is 950 people. the sample size was estimated to be 247 people using cochran's formula, and the sampling method was available, so the link of the questionnaire was sent to the teachers of elementary schools in saghez. the instruments used in this research were patterson's occupational performance scale (1922), beck's depression scale (1966), and alipour et al.'s (2018) covid-19 anxiety scale. pearson's correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used to analyze the data. the results of the pearson correlation coefficient test showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the anxiety of covid-19 and teachers' depression, and its correlation coefficient was equal to 0.27. also, there was an inverse and significant relationship between the anxiety of covid-19 and the job performance of teachers, and its correlation coefficient was equal to -0.14. the results of the regression analysis also showed that the anxiety of covid-19 was able to explain the depression of teachers with beta coefficient of 0.270 and -0.14 respectively.
