مقایسه رویکرد اموزش کشور ایران باسایر کشورها در برخورد با دانش آموزان استثنایی عقب مانده مقطع متوسطه

آموزش و پرورش مورد نیاز کودکان استثنایی با آنچه اکثریت کودکان و دانش آموزان به آن احتیاج دارند بسیار متفاوت می باشد. هدف از پژوهش مقایسه رویکرداموزش‌کشورایران‌باسایرکشورها دربرخورد با دانش اموزان استثنایی عقب مانده مقطع متوسطه است.که از میان ابعاد مختلف نظام آموزش و پرورش استثنایی به صورت هدفمندخدمات ارائه شده به کودکان استثنایی بررسی شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی مقایسه ای است. ابزارهای گرداوری اطالعات شامل کتب، پایان نامه ها، مقاالت‌ معتبر علمی در داخل و خارج از کشور می باشد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می دهد که هر چهار کشور به آموزش کودکان استثنایی اهمیت می دهند و از اهداف مشترک آن ها آموزش متناسب با نیاز های کودکان استثنایی و آماده کردن آن ها برای بزرگسالی و اداره ی زندگی است . همچنین حق آموزش رایگان و حمایت‌ و توانبخشی این کودکان از قوانین مشترک این کشور ها می باشد. اما خدمات ارائه شده و کابرد فناوری های پیشرفته در ایران به نسبت کشورهای مورد مطالعه کمتر است.

education needed by exceptional children however, the majority of children and students need it it is very different.the purpose of the research is to compare the educational approach of iran foreign countries collide withexceptionally backward students in secondary school among the different dimensions of the education systemexceptionally targeted services provided to exceptional children have been reviewed.research methodit is descriptive-comparative. information gathering tools including books dissertations, authoritative scientific articles ininside and outside the country.the results of the research show that all four countries to educationexceptional children care and one of their common goals is education tailored to the needs of exceptional children and preparing them for adulthood and managing life.also, the right to free education and supportrehabilitation of these children it is one of the common laws of these countries.statistics of services provided and application of technologiesadvanced in iran it is less than the studied countries.
