مطالعه تطبیقی تحولات آموزشی در حوزه سواد دیجیتال در دوره کرونا و پساکرونا در نظام آموزشی ایران و کانادا و ارائه راهکارهایی جهت بهبود نظام آموزشی ایران

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل و تطبیق تحولات آموزشی در حوزه سواد دیجیتال در دوره کرونا و پساکرونا در نظام آموزشی ایران و کانادا است. جامعه پژوهش از نوع متنی شامل مطالعات پژوهشی در حوزه سواد دیجیتال و اسناد بالادستی نظام‌های آموزشی ایران و کانادا است. نمونه پژوهش شامل سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش، برنامه درسی ملی، طرح آموزش مهارت‌های برنامه نویسی و سواد دیجیتالی، سند سواد دیجیتال وزارت آموزش و پرورش بریتیش کلمبیا، برنامه درسی مهارت‌های زبان انتاریو، برنامه‌درسی آموزش فناوری آتلانتیک کانادا و مطالعات پژوهشی منتشر شده در فاصله زمانی 13991تا 1401 است. اجرای پژوهش از طریق تحلیل اسنادی و تحلیل محتوا است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات یک چک لیست 25 گویه‌ای است که تحولات آموزشی در حوزه سواد دیجیتال در دوره کرونا و پساکرونا را به لحاظ اهداف، روش آموزشی و محتوا مورد سنجش قرار داد. برای تحلیل اطلاعات از آزمون خی دو استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که در نظام آموزشی کشور ایران در مقایسه با نظام آموزشی کشور کانادا، به اهداف، محتوا و روش آموزش سواد دیجیتال در دوره کرونا و پساکرونا توجه نشده است. به عنوان نتیجه، اگر بخواهیم محتوا و روش‌های آموزش سواد دیجیتال در دوره پساکرونا در نظام آموزشی ایران تصور کنیم، بایستی در چشم انداز و اسناد بالادستی نظام آموزشی کشور بدان توجه شود. چنان که با توجه نیروی انسانی متعهد در کشور ایران، فرصت‌های توسعه آموزش سواد دیجیتال امکان پذیر است. بنابراین نبود هدف‌گذاری برای آموزش سواد دیجیتال، مانع اصلی تحقق محتوا و روش‌های آموزش سواد دیجیتال در نظام آموزشی ایران است.

a comparative study of educational developments in the field of digital literacy in the period of corona and post-corona in the education system of iran and canada and providing solutions to improve the education system of iran

the purpose of the current research is to analyze and adapt educational developments in the field of digital literacy in the period of corona and post-corona in the educational system of iran and canada. the text-type research community includes research studies in the field of digital literacy and upstream documents of the educational systems of iran and canada. the research sample includes the fundamental transformation of education document, national curriculum, programming skills and digital literacy training plan, british columbia ministry of education digital literacy document, ontario language skills curriculum, atlantic canada technology education curriculum and research studies published in the time interval is 13991 to 1401. research implementation is through document analysis and content analysis. the data collection tool is a 25-item checklist that measured educational developments in the field of digital literacy in the corona and post-corona periods in terms of goals, educational methods, and content. chi-square test was used for data analysis. the results show that in the educational system of iran, compared to the educational system of canada, the goals, content and method of teaching digital literacy have not been paid attention to during the corona and post-corona period. as a result, if we want to imagine the content and methods of teaching digital literacy in the post-corona era in iran's educational system, it should be taken into account in the perspective and upper documents of the country's educational system. as with the attention of committed human resources in iran, opportunities to develop digital literacy education are possible. therefore, the lack of targeting for digital literacy education is the main obstacle to realizing the content and methods of digital literacy education in iran's educational system.
