بررسی سطح سواد برنامه درسی مربیان پیش‌دبستانی و رابطه آن با توسعه حرفه‌ای آن‌ها

پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی سطح سواد برنامه درسی مربیان پیش‌دبستانی و رابطه آن با توسعه حرفه‌ای آن‌ها انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر اجرا و شیوه جمع‌آوری داده ها، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری در این مطالعه شامل کلیه مربیان پیش دبستانی استان ایلام در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 به تعداد 788 نفر بوده است. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول برآورد حجم نمونه مورگان، برابر 258 نفر بود که پس از مشخص شدن جامعه آماری اعضای نمونه با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد سواد برنامه درسی عباباف و همکاران (1392) و پرسشنامه توسعه حرفه‌ای قنبری و محمدی (1395) بود. تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌های پژوهش نیز در دو بخش توصیفی (میانگین،انحراف معیار) و استنباطی از آزمون رگرسیون صورت گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن است کپ بین سطح سواد برنامه درسی و سطح توسعه حرفه‌‌ای در مربیان پیش‌دبستانی استان ایلام رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. بنابراین لازم است زمینه و بستر اجتماعات مجازی و حقیقی در حوزه یادگیری در سازمان آموزش و پرورش برای معلمان افزایش یابد و خروجی و نتایج آنها اطلاع‌رسانی شود تا این همفکری و مشارکت در حوزه دانش بیش از پیش در نزد معلمان ارتقا پیدا کند تا معلمان بتوانند هم در زمینه مسائل فرهنگی و هم در خصوص انگیزش شغلی و تلاش برای کسب دانش، توسعه یابند تا بستر ارتقای مسیر شغلی آنان هموار گردد.

examining the literacy level of preschool teachers' curriculum and its relationship with their professional development

the present study was conducted in order to investigate the literacy level of preschool teachers' curriculum and its relationship with their professional development. the method of the current research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of implementation and method of data collection. the statistical population in this study included all the preschool teachers of ilam province in the academic year of 2022-2023 in the number of 788 people. according to morgan's sample size estimation table, the sample size was equal to 258 people who were selected by simple random sampling method after determining the statistical population. the data collection tool in this research included the standard curriculum literacy questionnaires of ababaf et al. (2013) and the professional development questionnaire of ghanbari and mohammadi (2015). the analysis of research data was done in two parts: descriptive (mean, standard deviation) and inferential (regression). the results indicate that the level of curriculum literacy and the level of professional development in preschool teachers in ilam province is favorable, there is a significant relationship between the level of curriculum literacy and the level of professional development in preschool teachers in ilam province, the for it is necessary to increase the context and platform of virtual and real communities in the field of learning in the education organization for teachers, and their output and results should be informed so that this consensus and participation in the field of knowledge can be promoted even more among teachers so that teachers can they should be developed both in the field of cultural issues and in terms of career motivation and efforts to acquire knowledge to pave the way for the improvement of their career path.
