مطالعه تطبیقی وضعیت آموزش خلاقیت در نظام های آموزشی کشورهای منتخب

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تطبیقی وضعیت آموزش خلاقیت در نظام های آموزشی کشورهای منتخب می باشد. روش مورد استفاده در این تحقیق، مطالعه تطبیقی کیفی است. جامعه آماری شامل کشورهای جهان و اسناد و مدارک آموزش خلاقیت است. برای تطبیق و مقایسه آموزش خلاقیت، چند کشور را به عنوان الگو استفاده می کنیم. در این تحقیق جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از روش فیش برداری کتابخانه ای به سبک سنتی و دیجیتالی استفاده گردید. شیوه انجام این تحقیق، تطبیقی است که بر اساس آن ابتدا مفاهیم و اصول کلی و اهداف و روشهای آموزش خلاقیت در کشورهای مختلف به صورت مجزا بررسی می شود و سپس با یکدیگر تطبیق می شود تا پاسخی برای سوالات تحقیق فراهم کنیم. یافته ها بیانگر این است که در کشورهای مورد مطالعه، برابری و کیفیت در آموزش، شکننده است و کاربرد کاملی از خلاقیت در آموزش و پرورش مدرن را تضمین نمی کنند. ایالات متحده و چین، تفکر سطح بالا را به عنوان جایگزینی برای خلاقیت به کار می گیرند، در حالی که سایر کشورها آنقدر زحمت نمی کشند. آموزش و پرورش هند، مکزیک و شیلی هنوز با نابرابری در آموزش و پرورش سروکار دارند و به نوعی کشورهای مورد مطالعه، در اجرا و تحقق خلاقیت در سیستم آموزشی خود ناتوان هستند.

a comparative study of the status of creativity education in the educational systems of selected countries

the purpose of this study is a comparative study of the status of creativity education in educational systems of selected countries. the method used in this research is a qualitative comparative study. the statistical population includes countries of the world and creativity education documents. to apply and compare creativity education, we use several countries as role models. in this research, traditional and digital library filing method was used to collect information. the method of this research is a comparative one, according to which the general concepts and principles and goals and methods of teaching creativity in different countries are examined separately and then they are adapted together to provide answers to the research questions. the findings indicate that in the studied countries, equality and quality in education are fragile and do not guarantee the full application of creativity in modern education. the united states and china use high-level thinking as an alternative to creativity, while other countries do not bother as much. education in india, mexico and chile still deal with inequality and, in a way, the countries under study are incapable of implementing and realizing creativity in their education systems.
