رابطه میان فرهنگ سازمانی و هوش فرهنگی میان معلمان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان ورامین

در این پژوهش رابطه بین ابعاد مختلف فرهنگ سازمانی با هوش فرهنگی معلمان مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش، معلمان و کارکنان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان ورامین بوده که تعداد 2329 نفر می باشند و حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد 346 نفر تایین گردید و از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. از یافته های این تحقیق به چند نکته می توان اشاره کرد: 1- میان فرهنگ سازمانی بازاری و هوش فرهنگی رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. 2- میان فرهنگ ادهوکراسی(ویژه سالاری) و تمامی مولفه های هوش فرهنگی رابطه ی منفی و معنادار وجود دارد. 3- بین فرهنگ سازمانیِ خانوادگی(طایفه ای) و هوش فرهنگی رابطه ی منفی و معنادار وجود دارد. 4- میان فرهنگ سلسله مراتبی و هوش استراتژی رابطه ی مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد.

investigate the relationship between organizational culture and cultural intelligence among the teachers of varamin office of education

in this research the relationship among different aspects of organizational, and cultural intelligence of the teachers has been studied. descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze data. statistical population consisted of 2329 teachers and staff of varamin office of education. a sample of 346 people was selected according to the level and gender using morgan. and using than the questionnaires. the results of this study show that: 1) there is a positive significant relationship between business organizational culture and cultural intelligence; 2) there is a negative significant relationship between adhocracy culture and all components of cultural intelligence; 3) there is a negative significant relationship between familial culture and cultural intelligence; 4) there is a positive significant relationship between hierarchical culture and strategy intelligence.
