مشکلات سر راه استفاده از روش های نوین تدریس توسط آموزگاران

در روند تعلیم و تربیت، روش‌های نوین تدریس به منزله ابزارهای کار آموزگاران تلقی می‌گردند که در آن مشارکت دانش ‎آموز و معلم را می‎ طلبد و به جای انتقال مطالب به دانش آموز، به افزایش توانایی یادگیرنده در فرآیند یادگیری عنایت دارد. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع در این تحقیق بررسی علل موثر در عدم استفاده یا رغبت کم آموزگاران به استفاده از روش‎ های نوین تدریس خصوصا یادگیری فعال، در مقاطع ابتدایی روستایی مدارس روستایی اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان هوراند مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش از روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی استفاده شد و جامعه آماری را کلیه کلاس‌های دوره ابتدایی روستاهای شهرستان هوراند در پایه‌های مختلف در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 همراه با آموزگاران کلاس‌ها و مدیران مدارس تشکیل دادند و 30 درصد کلاس‌های تشکیل‌دهنده جامعه آماری، حجم نمونه آماری را تشکیل دادند که با روش‌های نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. جهت بررسی مشکلات مربوط به یاددهنده و مشکلات مربوط به یادگیرنده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و جهت بررسی مشکلات مربوط به برنامه‌ریز و مشکلات مربوط به کلاس درس از روش مشاهده و تکمیل چک لیست مربوطه و از روش مصاحبه نیز جهت بررسی مشکلات به کارگیری روش‌های فعال تدریس استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه توسط چند نفر از اساتید و صاحب‌نظران و کارشناسان روش‌های فعال تدریس تایید شد و پایایی آن بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ 0/90 بدست آمد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های تحلیل واریانس یک راهه (آنووا)، تحلیل واریانس دو راهه (مانووا) و آزمون t تک نمونه ‎ایی با بهره گیری از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است.

in the process of education and training, new teaching methods are considered as tools for teachers, which require the participation of the student and the teacher, and instead of transferring the content to the student, it helps to increase the learner's ability in the learning process. considering the importance of the subject in this research, the effective causes of non-use or low willingness of teachers to use new teaching methods, especially active learning, were investigated in the rural elementary grades of the rural schools of the education department of horand city. in this research, a descriptive survey type method was used and the statistical population was made up of all elementary school classes in the villages of horand city in different grades in the academic year 2019-1400 along with class teachers and school principals, and 30% of the classes that make up the statistical population, the sample size they formed statistics that were selected by stratified sampling methods proportional to simple random volume. in order to investigate the problems related to the teacher and the problems related to the learner, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, and to investigate the problems related to the planner and the problems related to the classroom, the method of observation and completion of the relevant checklist was used, and the interview method was also used to investigate the problems of using active teaching methods. became. the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by several professors and experts in active teaching methods, and its reliability was obtained based on cronbach's alpha of 0.90. in order to analyze the data, one-way analysis of variance (anova), two-way analysis of variance (manova) and one-sample t-test were used using spss software.
