بررسی تاثیر توسعه حرفه ای معلمان بر کاربرد برنامه ویژه مدرسه (بوم) در مدارس ابتدایی

هدف پژوهش حاضر با توجه به نقش معلمان در ایجاد تغییر به منظور بهبود سیستم های آموزشی؛ بررسی تاثیر توسعه حرفه ای معلمان بر کاربرد برنامه ویژه مدرسه(بوم) در مدارس ابتدایی می باشد. رویکرد پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع کمّی و روش بکار گرفته؛ توصیفی (غیرآزمایشی) از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان دوره دوم مدارس ابتدایی شهر فردیس(95نفر) که به دلیل تعداد کم جامعه آماری از روش سرشماری استفاده و نمونه گیری صورت نپذیرفت. ابزار پژوهش؛ پرسشنامه استاندارد توسعه حرفه ای ایوبی(1393) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برای کاربرد طرح برنامه ویژه مدرسه بود. پایایی ابزار بوسیله آلفای کرونباخ (91/0) و برای روایی از روش روایی محتوایی با شاخص لاوشه و روایی صوری محاسبه گردید. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی(جداول توزیع فراوانی) و آمار استنباطی( آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، تحلیل رگرسیونی دو متغیره) استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که توسعه حرفه ای معلمان با ضریب رگرسیونی (241/1) و همبستگی (752/0) بر کاربرد برنامه ویژه مدرسه (بوم) تاثیر دارد. همچنین مهارت معلمان با ضریب رگرسیونی(934/0)و همبستگی(667/0)، نگرش معلمان با ضریب رگرسیونی (825/0)و همبستگی(500/0) و دانش معلمان با ضریب رگرسیونی(917/0)و همبستگی(736/0) بر کاربرد برنامه ویژه مدرسه (بوم) تاثیر دارد.

investigating the impact of teachers' professional development on the application of special school program (boom) in primary schools

the purpose of this study is to consider the role of teachers in creating change in order to improve educational systems; investigating the impact of teacher professional development on the application of special school program (boom) in primary schools. quantitative and applied research approach; descriptive (non-experimental) is of the correlation type. the statistical population includes all teachers of the second year of primary schools in ferdis (95 people) who due to the small number of the statistical population did not use the census method and sampling. research tools; ayoubi professional development questionnaire (2014) and a researcher-made questionnaire for the use of special school curriculum. the reliability of the instrument was calculated by cronbach's alpha (0.91) and for validity of the content validity method with lauche index and face validity. in order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency distribution tables) and inferential statistics (kolmogorov-smirnov test, bivariate regression analysis) were used. the results showed that the professional development of teachers with regression coefficient (1.241) and correlation (0.752) has an effect on the application of special school program (canvas). also, teachers' skills with regression coefficient (0.934) and correlation (0.667), teachers' attitudes with regression coefficient (0.825) and correlation (0.500) and teachers' knowledge with regression coefficient (0.917) and correlation (0.736) affects the application of the special school program (canvas).
