تاثیرپذیری بهزیستی ذهنی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده بر پیش‌بینی اشتیاق شغلی معلمان زن و مرد مقطع متوسطه در عصر پسا کرونا

هدف این مطالعه بررسی تاثیرپذیری بهزیستی ذهنی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده بر پیش‌بینی اشتیاق شغلی معلمان زن و مرد مقطع متوسطه در عصر پسا کرونا بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. هم‌چنین از نظر نوع گردآوری داده‌ها پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه معلمان شاغل به تدریس در مدارس متوسطه شهر سقز بود که بر اساس آخرین آمار تعداد 654 نفر تخمین گردید. به منظور تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده گردید که تعداد 242 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه مشخص شدند. شیوه توزیع پرسشنامه‌ها به صورت تصادفی ساده بود. ابزار سنجش شامل پرسشنامه بهزیستی ذهنی کییز و ماگیارمو (2003) با پایایی 785/0، پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده زیمت (1988) با پایایی 781/0 و پرسشنامه اشتیاق شغلی سالوناوا و شوفلی (2001) با پایایی 772/0 بود. آزمون‌های مورد استفاده در این تحقیق شامل آمارهای استنباطی (همبستگی و رگرسیون) در محیط نرم‌افزاری اس‌پی‌اس‌اس نسخه 25 بود. نتایج نشان داد که بین بهزیستی ذهنی با اشتیاق شغلی معلمان مرد (215/0 r=) و معلمان زن (221/0 r=) مقطع متوسطه شهر سقز در عصر پسا کرونا رابطه معنی‌دار (05/0p=< ) وجود دارد. بین حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با اشتیاق شغلی معلمان مرد (171/0 r=) و معلمان زن (198/0 r=) مقطع متوسطه شهر سقز در عصر پسا کرونا رابطه معنی‌دار (05/0p=< ) وجود دارد. 4/16 درصد نمرات اشتیاق شغلی معلمان مرد مقطع متوسطه شهر سقز در عصر پسا کرونا ناشی از نمرات بهزیستی ذهنی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده آنها و 9/16 درصد نمرات اشتیاق شغلی معلمان زن مقطع متوسطه شهر سقز در عصر پسا کرونا ناشی از نمرات بهزیستی ذهنی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده آنها می‌باشد. با افزایش میزان بهزیستی ذهنی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده، میزان اشتیاق شغلی معلمان زن و مرد مقطع متوسطه شهر سقز در عصر پساکرونا افزایش پیدا می‌کند. در واقع، بهزیستی ذهنی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده می‌تواند اشتیاق شغلی معلمان زن و مرد مقطع متوسطه شهر سقز در عصر پساکرونا را به صورت مثبت و مستقیم پیش‌بینی کند.

the effectiveness of mental well-being and perceived social support on predicting the career enthusiasm of male and female secondary school teachers in the post-corona era

the aim of this study was to investigate the influence of mental well-being and perceived social support on predicting the job enthusiasm of male and female secondary school teachers in the post-corona era. this research is applied in terms of purpose and correlational in nature and descriptive method. it is also a survey in terms of the type of data collection. the statistical population of the research included all teachers working in secondary schools in saghez city, which was estimated to be 654 people based on the latest statistics. in order to determine the sample size, cochran's formula was used, and 242 people were determined as the sample size. the method of distributing questionnaires randomly was simple. the measurement tools included keyes and magyarmo's subjective well-being questionnaire (2003) with a reliability of 0.785, zimmet's perceived social support questionnaire (1988) with a reliability of 0.781, and salonava and shoufeli's job enthusiasm questionnaire (2001) with a reliability of 0.772. the tests used in this research included inferential statistics (correlation and regression) in spss version 25. the results showed that there is a significant relationship (p=0.05) between mental well-being and job enthusiasm of male teachers (r=0.215) and female teachers (r=0.221) of saghez secondary school in the post-corona era. there is a significant relationship (p=<0.05) between perceived social support and job enthusiasm of male teachers (r=0.171) and female teachers (r=0.198) of saghez secondary school in the post-corona era. 16.4 percent of job enthusiasm scores of male secondary school teachers in saghez city in the post-corona era due to their mental well-being scores and perceived social support and 16.9 percent of job enthusiasm scores of female secondary school teachers in saghez city in the post-corona era due to well-being scores it is their perceived mental and social support. by increasing the level of perceived mental well-being and social support, the job enthusiasm of male and female secondary school teachers in saghez city increases in the post-corona era. in fact, perceived mental well-being and social support can positively and directly predict the job enthusiasm of male and female secondary school teachers in saghez city in the post-corona era.
