مقایسه تطبیقی آموزش و پرورش ایران و آلمان

هدف مقاله حاضر مقایسه نظام آموزش و پرورش جمهوری اسلامی ایران و کشور آلمان است. بدین منظور، نخست به تعریف آموزش و پرورش از دیدگاه هر دو کشور پرداختم تا تفاوت ها یا اشتراکات هر دو نظام را در اهداف آموزشی و پرورشی شان را دریابیم. در واقع، نظامهای آموزشی به پایه هدفهای آن استوار است و این هدفها جز خواسته های منطقی جامعه چیز دیگری نیست؛ چراکه در نظامهای دموکراسی به مردم حق داده شده است. به این ترتیب هدفهای آموزش و پرورش را مردم و یا به نمایندگی از آنها، دولتها بسته به شیوه های مختلف که در حکومتها وجود دارد، تعیین و اجرا می کنند. با اینکه هدفهای آموزش و پرورش در کشورهای مختلف جهان متفاوت است، وجوه مشترکی بین آنها وجود دارد. بسیاری از هدفهای آموزشی جنبه عام دارند، مثل: پرورش انسان منفی و سالم و یا پرورش انسان اخلاقی و کارآمد. در سایه آموزش و پرورش صحیح می توان برای مردم جامعه، زندگی بهتر و صرفه تری ایجاد کرد و در مقابل، آموزش و پرورش می تواند با بهره گیری از روش ها و اصول نادرست، وسیله ای برای سقوط و نابودی جامعه تلقی شود که در مورد اخیر به شیوه تعلیم و تربیت جامعه آلمان در زمان حکومت دیکتاتوری هیتلر می توان اشاره کرد. پس از تعریف آموزش و پرورش از این نگاه، کوشیدم اهداف آموزش وپرورش ایران و آلمان را در دو مقطع ابتدایی و راهنمایی با دقت مقایسه و تطبیق کنم تا به خط مشی ها و مبانی اعتقادی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، آموزشی، علمی و ... هر دو نظام دست یابیم. با این بررسی، دریافتیم که هدف آموزش و پرورش جمهوری اسلامی ایران و درواقع کمال انسان در نظام تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی، رسیدن به قرب الهی است. این هدف غایی به اهدافی تقسیم می شود، برای نمونه: 1 اهداف اقتصادی 2- اخلاقی 3- علمی آموزشی 4- سیاسی - اجتماعی 5- اعتقادی و ....اهداف آموزش و پرورش آلمان نیز در واقع تعلیم و تربیت انسان های مستعد، کاردان - اقتصاددان و انسانهای تخصصی است و در ضمن، آلمانی ها برای ملیت و فرهنگ خود اهمیت خاصی قائل هستند و در برنامه های آموزشی، بر مبانی قومی و فرهنگی و سابقه تاریخی آلمان تاکید فراوان دارند.

the purpose of this article is to compare the education system of the islamic republic of iran and germany. for this purpose, i first defined education from the point of view of both countries in order to find out the differences or commonalities of both systems in their educational goals. in fact, educational systems are based on its goals, and these goals are nothing but the logical demands of society; because people are given rights in democratic systems. in this way, the goals of education are determined and implemented by the people or on their behalf, by the governments depending on the different methods that exist in the governments. although the goals of education are different in different countries of the world, there are common aspects between them. many educational goals have a general aspect, such as: raising a negative and healthy person or raising a moral and efficient person. in the shadow of correct education, a better and more economical life can be created for the people of the society, and on the other hand, education can be considered as a means for the downfall and destruction of the society by using wrong methods and principles. recently, we can refer to the way of education of the german society during the dictatorship of hitler. after defining education from this point of view, i tried to carefully compare and adapt the goals of education in iran and germany in both primary and secondary levels in order to find the policies and bases of belief, economic, social, political, educational, scientific and so on... let's achieve both systems with this investigation, we found that the goal of education in the islamic republic of iran and in fact the perfection of human beings in the islamic education system is to reach god. this ultimate goal is divided into goals, for example: 1 economic goals 2- moral 3- scientific-educational 4- political-social 5- belief and....the goals of german education and training are in fact the education and training of talented people, economists and specialized people, and at the same time, germans attach special importance to their nationality and culture, and in educational programs, they focus on ethnic and cultural foundations and history. the history of germany has a lot of emphasis.
