تحلیل تجربه زیسته معلمان بر سطح سواد مالی دانش آموزان متوسطه اول شهر شادگان

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل تجربه زیسته معلمان بر سطح سواد مالی دانش آموزان متوسطه اول شهر شادگان بود. این پژوهش به شیوه‌ی کیفی و روش پدیدار شناسی انجام شده است. برای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش 11 نفر از معلمان دوره ی ابتدایی شهرستان شادگان به شیوه ی نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته بود. یافته های حاصل از تجارب زیسته معلمان که مبتنی بر داده های کد گذاری شده و استخراج مضامین اصلی و فرعی از آن ها می باشند، نشان می دهند که عوامل موثر بر سواد مالی دانش آموزان متوسطه اول شهر شادگان را می توان در سه درون مایه اصلی (عوامل فردی، عوامل آموزشگاهی) و 5 درون مایه فرعی (نگرش مثبت نسبت به مدیریت امور خود، پذیرش کلیشه های جنسیتی در مدیریت امور مالی، عدم وجود محتوای مناسب، عدم وجود معلم مهارت افزادرسوادمالی، عدم وجود برنامه در جهت تقویت مهارت های مالی) خلاصه کرد. یافته های پژوهشی حاضر ضرورت توجه به عوامل مختلفی را که در سواد مالی از سوی معلمان به عنوان معیارهای اصلی توسعه پایدار محسوب می شود، را نشان می دهد.

analysis of teachers' lived experience on the level of financial literacy of first secondary school students in shadgan city

the aim of the current research was to analyze the lived experience of teachers on the level of financial literacy of the first secondary school students of shadgan city. this research was conducted using a qualitative and phenomenological method. to achieve the goal of the research, 11 elementary school teachers of shadgan city were selected and studied through purposive sampling. the research tool included semi-structured interviews. the findings from the lived experiences of teachers, which are based on coded data and the extraction of main and secondary themes from them, show that the factors affecting the financial literacy of the first secondary school students of shadgan city can be divided into three main themes. (individual factors, school factors) and 5 sub-themes (positive attitude towards managing one's own affairs, acceptance of gender stereotypes in managing financial affairs, lack of appropriate content, lack of a teacher to increase financial literacy skills, lack of a program to strengthen financial skills ) summarized. the current research findings show the need to pay attention to various factors that are considered as the main criteria of sustainable development by teachers in financial literacy.
