میزان اثربخشی کووید 19 بر رشد مهارت فناوری معلمان

کووید 19 که به طاعون قرن بیست و یک مشهور است. غالب‌ترین پدیده اجتماعی - اقتصادی و بهداشتی جهانی است که بر اساس داده‌های پایگاه اطلاعاتی ورلدمترز تا امروز نزدیک به شش میلیون و پانصد هزار قربانی داشته است. پدیده‌ای بهداشتی که به‌سرعت وارد تمامی جوانب زندگی بشر شده که یکی از این جنبه‌ها، نظام آموزش رسمی می‌باشد. نظامی که به کلاس‌های حضوری و همچنین تحرکات شدید دانش‌آموزان و معلمان مانوس بوده است را به یکباره وارد دنیای مجازی کرد. اتفاقی که نشاط را از مدارس حذف نمود، اما توانست حسن‌های بسیار مطلوبی نیز به نظام آموزشی بیفزاید. یکی از این دست حسن‌ها افزایش مهارت فناوری معلمان بوده است. بر اساس تحقیقات انجام شده، کووید 19 بر روی تحرک دانش‌آموزان، افسردگی و مهارت فناوری معلمان نیز تاثیر بسزایی داشته که هدف این پژوهش بررسی میزان اثر بخشی کووید بر روی مهارت فناوری معلمان است. برای بررسی میزان اثر بخشی سه مورد فوق به‌واسطه کویید 19 از روش تحقیق همبستگی بهره‌گیری شده است تا مشخص گردد کووید 19 چه میزان بر روی افزایش مهارت معلمان موثر بوده است. بدین جهت رگرسیون خطی چندگانه ایجاد گردید تا میزان درجه همبستگی بین این دو مولفه بررسی شود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که از بین سه مورد فوق، کووید 19 بر روی رشد مهارت فناوری معلمان بیشترین تاثیر را داشته است. امید که نتایج این پژوهش به افزایش توانمندی فناوری معلمان کمک شایان توجهی نماید.

the effectiveness of the covid-19 on the growth of teachers’ technological skills (educational development in the covid-19 and post-covid eras)

the covid-19, also known as the plague of the 21st century, is presently considered the most prevalent social, economic, and health phenomenon in the world and has taken the lives of nearly 6,500,000 humans so far based on the data provided by the worldometers database. it is a health-related phenomenon that quickly permeated every aspect of human life, and the formal education system was one of such aspects. in this way, a system that was used to physical classes and the remarkable activities of students and teachers was suddenly directed toward a virtual world. though this transformation deprived schools of their joy, it added some very desirable properties to the system. one advantage was enhancing teachers’ technological skills. previous studies showed that the covid-19 significantly influenced students’ mobility, their depression, and teachers’ technological skills, and the present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the covid-19 on teachers’ technological skills. the effectiveness of the above three variables by the mediation of the covid-19 was investigated using the correlational research methodology to see how much the covid-19 influenced teachers’ technological skills. thus, multiple linear regressions were implemented to investigate the degree of correlation between the two components. the findings of the study showed that out of the three investigated variables, the covid-19 had the most significant influence on the growth of teachers’ technological skills. the findings could pave the way to empower teachers’ technologically.
