مقایسه میزان کاربست مدیریت دانش در اداره آموزش و پرورش استان های آذربایجان شرقی و آذربایجان غربی

هدف این تحقیق مقایسه میزان کاربست مدیریت دانش در اداره آموزش و پرورش استان های آذربایجان شرقی و آذربایجان غربی بود. این تحقیق در زمره تحقیقات توصیفی، از نوع پیمایشی بوده و از نظر هدف کاربردی می ‎باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه کارکنان اداره آموزش و پرورش دو استان آذربایجان شرقی و آذربایجان غربی بوده که از تعداد کل آنها، 400 نفر به عنوان نمونه، به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ‎ای نسبی انتخاب گردید. برای گردآوری داده‎ ها از پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش با رعایت مولفه ‎های (دانش ‎آفرینی، جذب دانش، سازماندهی دانش، ذخیره دانش، انتشار دانش، کاربرد دانش) شرون لاوسون استفاده شد. روایی این پرسشنامه توسط چند نفر از اساتید مدیریت آموزشی و علوم تربیتی تایید شد و پایایی آن بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ 0/90 بدست آمد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های تحلیل واریانس یک راهه (آنووا)، تحلیل واریانس دو راهه (مانووا) و آزمون t تک نمونه ‎ایی با بهره گیری از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است.

the purpose of this research was to compare the application of knowledge management in the education department of east azerbaijan and west azerbaijan provinces. this research is among the descriptive researches, it is of survey type and it is practical in terms of purpose. the statistical population of the current research is all the employees of the education department of east azerbaijan and west azerbaijan provinces, and 400 people were selected as a sample from the total number of them, using a stratified random sampling method. to collect data, a knowledge management questionnaire was used in accordance with sharon lawson's components (knowledge creation, knowledge absorption, knowledge organization, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination, knowledge application). the validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by several professors of educational management and educational sciences, and its reliability was obtained based on cronbach's alpha of 0.90. in order to analyze the data, one-way analysis of variance (anova), two-way analysis of variance (manova) and one-sample t-test were used using spss software.
