بررسی راهکارهای بهبود وضعیت تحصیلی و تربیتی دانش آموزان دیرآموز با تاکید بر عملکرد مدرسه و خانواده

متربیان از نظر توانایی های ذهنی، روش های فراگیری، سرعت یادگیری، علاقه و انگیزش با یکدیگر متفاوت اند. هم چنین آموزش نقش مهمی در ارائه دانش و اطلاعات به فراگیران دارد. لذا مربیان باید درصدد شناسایی به موقع نیازهای ذهنی، شناختی و عاطفی فراگیران برآمده و تدابیر اساسی جهت رفع و بهبود مشکلات اتخاذ نمایند. در این میان، دانش آموزان دیرآموز عموما در سطح خانه، مدرسه و اجتماع مظلوم واقع شده و امکانات و شرایط لازم جهت تحصیل این گروه از دانش آموزان به خوبی فراهم نمی شود. ناتوانی در برقراری ارتباط با دانش آموزان دیرآموز، روش تدریس نامناسب برای این گروه از دانش آموزان، تکالیف و ارزشیابی های نامتناسب با شرایط این دانش آموزان، درک نادرست خانواده از وضعیت فرزند دیرآموز خود و به تبع رفتارهای نامناسب و عدم حمایت این گروه از دانش آموزان از مشکلات وضع موجود تلقی می شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی و ارائه راهکارهای موثر جهت بهبود اوضاع تربیتی و آموزشی دانش آموزان دیرآموز در مدارس می باشد.

evaluation some ways to improve the educational and pedagogies status of slow learners with emphasis on school and family performance

students differ from each other in terms of mental abilities, learning methods, learning speed, interest and motivation. also, education plays an important role in providing knowledge and information to learners. therefore, the trainers should try to identify the mental, cognitive and emotional needs of the learners and take basic measures to solve and improve the problems. in the meantime, slow learner students are generally oppressed at home, school and community level, and the necessary facilities and conditions for the education of this group of students are not well provided. inability to communicate with slow learner students, inappropriate teaching methods for this group of students, assignments and evaluations that do not match the conditions of these students, the family's misunderstanding of the condition of their late learning child and as a result inappropriate behaviors and lack of support for this group of knowledge students are considered to be problems of the status quo. the purpose of this research is to investigate and provide effective solutions to improve the educational situation of slow learner students in schools.
