بررسی ارتباط مدیریت مدرسه و موفقیت تحصیلی در دانش آموزان: بررسی تطبیقی سه کشور ایران، کره جنوبی و ژاپن

در این مقاله، ارتباط مدیریت مدرسه و موفقیت تحصیلی در دانش آموزان سه کشور، ایران، کره جنوبی و ژاپن بررسی می‌شود. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی و مقایسه ارتباط مدیریت مدرسه و موفقیت تحصیلی در دانش آموزان در سه کشور هست. تحقیق حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی و یک پژوهش کیفی است که با روش تطبیقی و به کمک الگوی بردی (1969) و نیز روش توصیفی – مقایسه‌ای انجام‌شده است. در این پژوهش، مدیران مدارس و دانش آموزان سه کشور موردمطالعه قرارگرفته‌اند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مدیریت مدرسه می‌تواند به‌طور مثبتی بر روی موفقیت تحصیلی دانش آموزان تاثیرگذار باشد. علاوه بر این، نتایج برای سه کشور متفاوت بوده و نشان می‌دهد که رویکرد‌های مختلف در مدیریت مدارس، می‌توانند در موفقیت تحصیلی دانش آموزان تاثیرگذار باشند. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، مدیریت مدرسه می‌تواند به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل موفقیت تحصیلی در دانش آموزان مطرح گردد. از طرفی، برای بهبود مدیریت مدرسه و بهبود موفقیت تحصیلی دانش آموزان، بهبود سیاست‌های آموزشی و پرورشی موردنیاز است.

investigating the relationship between school management and academic success among students: a comparative study of three countries, iran, south korea, and japan

this article investigates the relationship between school management and academic success of students in three countries, iran, south korea, and japan. the aim of this research is to examine and compare the relationship between school management and academic success of students in these three countries. methods used: a comparative research method was employed to achieve this goal, and data was collected through a questionnaire. in this study, school managers and students in the three countries were studied. the results show that school management can have a positive impact on students' academic success. in addition, the results are different for the three countries and show that different approaches to school management can have an impact on students' academic success. based on the results obtained, school management can be considered as one of the factors contributing to students' academic success. on the other hand, improving educational policies is necessary to improve school management and students' academic success.
