مطالعه ای بر اثرات مثبت و منفی کرونا بر نظام های آموزشی

شروع ناگهانی کووید 19 در سراسر جهان، نه تنها جامعه پزشکی را دچار چالشی بزرگ کرد، بلکه سیستم آموزشی نیز درسراسر جهان دستخوش تحولی عظیم شد. این بحران منجر به تعطیلی دوره‌های حضوری در مدارس و دانشگاه‌ها شد. بسیاری از دانشگاه‌ها به جای لغو برنامه آموزشی خود، استادان را نسبت به ارائه مطالب از طریق آموزش مجازی، رسانه های آموزشی و تکنولوژی جدید ترغیب نمودند. این تغییر غیر منتظره و سریع باعث شد بسیاری از مدرسین نتوانند به شکل درستی از امکانات پیش رو استفاده کنند، یا کیفیت تدریس با توجه استانداردهای تعریف شده بسیار پایین بود. به علاوه در کنار زمان بیشتری که صرف فرایند آموزش می کردند، کارایی و عملکرد پایین‌تر از سطح انتظار بود. از جمله عواملی که مانع استفاده از ظرفیت‌های آموزش غیر حضوری با کیفیت بالا می شود، عدم آشنایی کارکزاران نظام آموزشی به ویژه معلمان با استاندارد سازی تکنولوژی های آموزشی به خصوص رسانه‌های شنیداری- آموزشی و فیلم‌های آموزشی است. بنابراین جهت ارتقای آموزش غیرحضوری، آشنایی با استانداردهای تعریف شده برای انواع تکنولوژی‌های آموزشی امری ضروری و مهم است. بسیاری از کشورها برای جلوگیری از شیوع کرونا سطح های مختلف مهار و قرنطینه را انتخاب نمودند و با وجود این نگرانی ها و تاثیر کرونا بر نظام آموزشی، مدارس و دانشگاه ها بسته شدند و ناگهان همگی به سمت آموزش از راه دور یا آموزش آنلاین هدایت گردیدند. این تغییر ناگهانی باعث می شد تا از خودمان بپرسیم که واقعا تاثیر کرونا بر آموزش چه خواهد بود؟ از یافته های به دست آمده می توان نتیجه گرفت که فضای مجازی پیامدهای مثبت و منفی زیادی در حیطه های مختلف فردی، والدین، اجتماعی و ...داشته است و میزان پیامدهای منفی فضای مجازی، بر تربیت بسیار بیشتر از اثرات مثبت آن می باشد. از یافته های این پژوهش میتوان به آثار مثبت کرونا بر آموزش از جمله افزایش سواد رسانه ای معلمان و نقش فزاینده خانواده ها در فرایند آموزش اشاره کرد. همچنین از آثار منفی بحران کرونا در نظام های آموزشی جهان می توان به عدم بازگشت دانش آموزان به مدرسه و یا ترک تحصیل آنان و تهدید عدالت آموزشی اشاره نمود.

the sudden onset of covid-19 around the world not only caused a great challenge to the medical community, but also the education system around the world underwent a huge transformation. this crisis led to the closure of face-to-face courses in schools and universities. instead of canceling their educational program, many universities encouraged professors to present content through virtual education, educational media, and new technology. this unexpected and rapid change made many teachers unable to use the available facilities properly, or the quality of teaching was very low according to the defined standards. in addition, along with more time spent on the training process, efficiency and performance were lower than expected. among the factors that prevent the use of non-attendance training capacities with high quality is the lack of familiarity of educational system workers, especially teachers, with the standardization of educational technologies, especially audio-educational media and educational videos. therefore, in order to promote non-attendance education, it is necessary and important to be familiar with the standards defined for all kinds of educational technologies. many countries chose different levels of containment and quarantine to prevent the spread of corona, and despite these concerns and the impact of corona on the education system, schools and universities were closed and suddenly they were all directed to distance education or online education. . this sudden change made us ask ourselves what will be the effect of corona on education? from the findings, it can be concluded that the virtual space has many positive and negative consequences in various personal, parental, social, and other areas, and the amount of negative consequences of the virtual space on education is much more than its positive effects. . from the findings of this research, we can mention the positive effects of corona on education, including the increase in media literacy of teachers and the increasing role of families in the education process. also, among the negative effects of the corona crisis in the education systems of the world, we can mention the failure of students to return to school or their dropping out and the threat of educational justice.
