واکاوی عوامل تاثیر گذار بر شادابی مدارس کاشان: تاملی بر دیدگاه دانش آموزان مدارس دوره‌ متوسطه اول

یکی از عوامل موثر بر بهبود فراگرد یاددهی و یادگیری ، جو مبتنی بر شادی در مدرسه است . پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل عوامل تاثیر گذار بر شادابی مدارس دوره متوسطه اول انجام شده است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 200 دانش آموز دختر و پسر بود که به صورت روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای از بین مدارس دوره متوسطه اول شهر کاشان انتخاب شده اند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری توصیفی و آزمون مجذور کا برای تعیین ترجیحات دانش آموزان نسبت به هریک از عوامل آموزشی استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که نیمی از مدارس نمونه تحقیق فاقد ویژگی های لازمه برای ایجاد و حفظ روحیه شادابی هستند. هم چنین در حالی که دانش آموزان همه عوامل آموزشی را در جو شادابی مدارس موثر می دانند ، به نظر می رسد ویژگی های معلم و امکانات مدرسه در این زمینه تاثیر بیشتری دارند.

analysis of factors influencing kashan’s school happiness climate: a reflection on views of junior high school pupils

one of the most important factors for improving teaching – learning process is happiness climate of schools. this study was carried out to analyze factors influencing school happiness climate (shp) of junior high school in kashan city. descriptive survey method was employed and 200 school boys and girls were selected in a cluster sampling technique for data collection. for data analysis we used descriptive statistics and chi-square method to determine students' preferences in each one of educational factors such as teacher's characteristics, staff relationships, students' role and school facilities on shc. findings of study reveal that half of sampled schools can not create and maintain happiness because of lacking necessary conditions. meanwhile students are accepted that all educational factors have effect on their happiness; it seems that teacher's characteristics and students' role are more effective
