بررسی تطبیقی نظام آموزش و پرورش ژاپن و ایران

از آن جایی که آموزش و پرورش یکی از نهاد های جدایی ناپذیر در هر جامعه ای است و در هرکجا راه گشای ماست می توان با مطالعه و بررسی نظام های آموزشی در جهان در برنامه ها و نظام آموزشی کشورمان تجدید نظر کرد و یا از روش های موثر برای موفقیت در نظام آموزشی کشور به کار برد . هدف از پژوهش حاضر ، توصیف وبررسی نظام آموزشی دوره ابتدایی در ژاپن است . در این مقاله تاریخچه آموزش و پرورش ژاپن ، مقاطع و مراحل تحصیلی ژاپن ،آموزش ابتدایی و هدف و برنامه های آموزشی آن ، آموزش متوسطه ، گزینش و استخدام معلمان، حقوق و تسهیلات فرهنگی و رفاهی معلمان ، مدیریت مدارس و کانون های آموزشی ، وظایف معاون مدرسه ، شرایط احراز شغل مدیریت و معاونت مدارس و مقایسه بودجه آموزش و پرورش ایران و ژاپن بررسی شده است و می توان گفت شادابی ، تاکید بر کارگروهی، انضباط و شوق به کار و مسئولیت پذیری در ژاپنی ها پرورش داده می شود . در آخر نیز به جمع بندی از مطالب ارائه شده پرداخته می شود.
