بررسی تطبیقی وضعیت آموزش و پرورش در سوئیس

از آنجایی که علم و موضوعات آن حد و مرز نمی شناسد و در هرکجا راه گشای ماست می توان با مطالعه و بررسی نظام های آموزشی در جهان در برنامه ها و نظام آموزشی کشورمان صرف نظر کرد یا راه های بهتری برای موثر نمودن و موفق شدن در نظام آموزشی به کاربرد هدف از پژوهش حاضر توصیف و بررسی آموزش و پرورش در کشور سوئیس می باشد. سیستم آموزشی هر کشور یکی از ارکان پیشرفت آن کشور است و همواره انتظار عمومی از این سیستم پرورش و تربیت انسان ها برای ورود به جامعه است؛ بنابراین افراد مسئول در زمینه های کلان سیستم آموزشی باید بتوانند نظام آموزشی کشور را با آگاهی از سیستم آموزشی دیگر جوامع و بر اساس مشخصات بومی کشور طراحی کنند و به شکل دوره ای آن را بررسی و اصلاح کنند. در راستای چنین سیاستی این مقاله سعی دارد با نگاهی به بخش های سیستم آموزشی کشور سوئیس بر پایه تحقیقات کتابخانه ای ابعاد آموزش و پرورش این کشور را بشناسد و اصلاحات روی داده در مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی در سالیان اخیر را بررسی نماید. ابتدا تمامی مقاطع نظام آموزشی سوئیس را به اجمال معرفی میکنیم و سپس نحوه آموزش معلمین را بیان می نماییم.

since science and its subjects know no boundaries and it is our pathfinder everywhere, by studying and examining the educational systems in the world, we can ignore the programs and educational system of our country or find better ways to be effective and successful in the purpose of the present study is to describe and examine the education system in switzerland. the educational system of any country is one of the pillars of that country's progress, and the general expectation is always from this system of raising and educating people to enter the society; therefore, the people responsible in the macro fields of the education system should be able to design the education system of the country with the knowledge of the education system of other societies and based on the country's native characteristics, and review and modify it periodically. in line with such a policy, this article tries to look at the parts of the educational system of switzerland based on library research to know the dimensions of education in this country and examine the reforms that have taken place in different educational levels in recent years. first, we will briefly introduce all stages of the swiss education system and then explain how teachers are trained.
