بررسی آموزش و پرورش تطبیقی ایران و ژاپن در مقطع ابتدایی

در هر کشوری بررسی نظام آموزشی و توجه به آموزش نقش کلیدی در پیشرفت و توسعه آن کشور دارد. به همین منظور پژوهش و مطالعه درباره نظام آموزش و پرورش می تواند در ایجاد تحول و توسعه کشور عزیزمان کارساز باشد. یکی از بهترین روش های تحقیق و پژوهش در این زمینه مطالعه و بررسی نظام های آموزشی موفق کشورهای دیگر می باشد و با بومی سازی روش کار آنان گامی جدید در آموزش و پرورش بر داشت. به همین ترتیب در این تحقیق نظام آموزشی کشور ژاپن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و همچنین بصورت تطبیقی با آموزش و پروش کشور ایران بررسی شد. روش تحقیق از نوع کتابخانه‌ای می باشد که با بررسی و مطالعه منابع مرتبط انجام شد. در پایان پس از بررسی نتیجه آن شد که تعامل بالا در تمامی سطوح سیاست گذاری آموزشی در کشور ژاپن وجود دارد. وجود دولت های محلی و استقلال هیئت های آموزشی استان ها، شهرها و مدارس در اجرای برنامه های آموزشی، نقش آفرینی جامعۀ مدنی در تدوین برنامه های آموزشی، تمرکز بر آموزش عملی و کاربردی دانش آموز در اجتماع، تمرکز بر کار گروهی، مشارکت دانش آموزان در تمامی فعالیت‌ها و تاکید بر احترام به دیگران و فرهنگ های خارجی، همه و همه در کنار هم باعث شده است نظام آموزش و پروش ژاپن به عنوان نمونه ای موفق از سیاست گذاری آموزشی در جهان مورد تحسین همگان قرار گیرد. در مقایسه با نظام آموزشی ژاپن، آموزش و پرورش ایران علی رغم تمامی تلاش‌هایی که در جهت ارتقای آن صورت پذیرفته، موفقیت آمیز ظاهر نشده است. ریشۀ این ناکامی نسبی به پایین بودن سطح تعامل در اجزای مختلف نظام آموزشی ایران بازمی گردد. تمرکز سیاسی و اداری قدرت باعث شده است تا تمام اجزای این نظام به صورت دستوری و از بالا به پا یین طراحی شود.

studying the comparative education of iran and japan at the primary level

in any country, examining the educational system and paying attention to education plays a key role in the progress and development of that country. for this purpose, research and study about the education system can be useful in the transformation and development of our beloved country. one of the best methods of research in this field is to study and evaluate the successful educational systems of other countries, and by localizing their working methods, a new step was taken in education. in the same way, in this research, the educational system of japan was studied and it was also compared with the education of iran. the research method is library type which was done by examining and studying related sources. in the end, after the investigation, it was concluded that there is high interaction at all levels of education policy in japan. the existence of local governments and the independence of educational boards of provinces, cities and schools in the implementation of educational programs, the role of civil society in developing educational programs, focusing on the practical and practical education of students in the community, focusing on teamwork, student participation in all the activities and emphasis on respect for others and foreign cultures, all together has made the japanese education system to be admired by everyone as a successful example of educational policy in the world. compared to japan's education system, iran's education has not been successful despite all the efforts made to improve it. the root of this relative failure is the low level of interaction in the various components of iran's educational system. the political and administrative concentration of power has caused all the components of this system to be designed from the top down.
