یادگیری مشارکتی و آموزش مجازی در دوران پاندمی کرونا

در ارتقای کیفیت آموزش و یادگیری مدارس در آینده، ضروری است ذهنیتی که در حال حاضر مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد تغییر یابد. دوره همه‌گیری کرونا سبب شد که دانش‌آموزان بتوانند برای مدتی بدون تعامل در کلاس، در خانه مطالعه کنند. در گذشته فرآیند یادگیری به صورت متعارف، یعنی حضوری و در کلاس بود . در نتیجه، فعالیت های یاددهی و یادگیری بیشتر بر آموزش تاکید می شد نه بر یادگیری فعالیت ها . تلاش برای یادگیری با تمرکز بر دانش آموزان، به صورت دانش آموز محور ، لازمه به کار گیری مدل یادگیری مشارکتی است که می تواند باعث تغییر در طرز فکر در زمینه فعالیت های یادگیری در مدرسه باشد. با این حال، در طول این بیماری همه گیر، چالش بعدی این است که فرآیند همکاری چگونه می تواند انجام شود؟ در فرآیند یادگیری آنلاین عدم وجود ملاقات فیزیکی و رو در رو به مانعی تبدیل می شود که می تواند با هماهنگی و همکاری معلم در فرآیند آموزش از راه دور به حداقل برسد. به این صورت که دیگر فعالیت های یادگیری تنها توسط معلم اداره نمی شود، بلکه معلم تلاش می کند تا باعث تسهیل و آسان سازی فرآیند آموزشی گردد . در این مطالعه با استفاده از روش کتابخانه ای به بررسی کاربرد مدل یادگیری مشارکتی در آموزش آنلاین و نقش آن در بهبود شیوه های تدریس پرداخته شده است.در طراحی مدل یادگیری مشارکتی با دادن فرصت به دانش آموزان ، تلاش بر این است تا آن ها با کمک یکدیگر دانش خود را ارتقاء ببخشند.

in improving the quality of teaching and learning in schools in the future, it is necessary to change the mentality that is currently used. during the corona pandemic, students could study at home for a while without interacting in class. in the past, the learning process was conventional, that is, face-to-face and in the classroom. as a result, teaching and learning activities were more emphasized on teaching rather than on learning activities. trying to learn by focusing on students, in a student-centered way, requires the use of a cooperative learning model that can change the way of thinking in the field of learning activities in school. however, during this pandemic, the next challenge is how the collaboration process can be done? in the process of online learning, the lack of physical and face-to-face meeting becomes an obstacle that can be minimized with the coordination and cooperation of the teacher in the distance education process. in this way, learning activities are not managed by the teacher alone, but the teacher tries to facilitate the educational process. in this study, using the library method, the application of the cooperative learning model in online education and its role in improving teaching methods has been investigated. in the design of the cooperative learning model, by giving opportunities to students, the effort is to make them help each other improve their knowledge.
