جایگاه اجتماعی معلم در کشورها مختلف بخصوص ایران

در هر جامعه ای معلمان دارای نقش مهم و کلیدی در تربیت نیروهای انسانی آن کشورمی باشند. در دین اسلام، آیات نورانی قرآن کریم شیوه تعلیم وتربیت اسلامی و جایگاه و عظمت معلمان را به زیبایی هر چه تمام ترسیم کرده است و خداوند متعال را اولین معلم بشر معرفی می کند. یکی ازنیازهای اساسی جامعه این موضوع است که معلمان،متربیان را به سمت اهداف الهی هدایت کنند. این هدایت الهی، نیاز مقدس ایران اسلامی است. قوت گرفتن جایگاه اجتماعی معلمان ایران اسلامی در مرحله اول منوط به احراز صلاحیت و شایستگی معلمان و تربیت نفس و خود سازی آنها می باشد. بدین ترتیب آن است که در کشاکش این دیدگاه‏های تمامیت خواهانه باید به دنبال راهبردی بود که جایگاه تربیت معلم را به دنبال یک رخداد خطیر ملّی و فرابخشی به رسمیت شناخته و برای اجرای برنامه ‏درسی تربیت معلم با توجه به این ویژگی‏ها تعیین تکلیف نماید.

in any society, teachers have an important and key role in training the human forces of that country. in the religion of islam, the luminous verses of the holy qur'an have beautifully depicted the islamic education and the status and greatness of teachers, and introduce god almighty as the first human teacher. one of the basic needs of the society is that teachers guide the students towards divine goals. this divine guidance is the sacred need of islamic iran. strengthening the social status of teachers in islamic iran in the first stage depends on the qualification and competence of teachers and their self-education and self-improvement. thus, in the conflict between these holistic views, one should look for a strategy that recognizes the place of teacher education following a serious national and cross-sectoral event, and determine the implementation of the teacher education curriculum according to these characteristics. do homework
