تاثیر هوش فرهنگی و هوش هیجانی بر فرسودگی شغلی معلمان زن و مرد ابتدایی شهر سقز در دوران پساکرونا

هدف این پژوهش تاثیر هوش فرهنگی و هوش هیجانی بر فرسودگی شغلی معلمان زن و مرد ابتدایی شهر سقز در دوران پساکرونا بود. نوع روش تحقیق همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه معلمان شاغل به تدریس در مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان سقز بود که بر اساس آخرین آمار تعداد 1584 نفر تخمین گردید. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده گردید و تعداد 309 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه مشخص شدند. شیوه توزیع پرسشنامه‌ها به صورت تصادفی ساده بود. ابزار سنجش شامل هوش فرهنگی آنگ و ایرلی (2004) با پایایی 788/0، پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی بار_آن (2006) با پایایی 796/0 و پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مسلش و جکسون (1986) با پایایی 805/0 بود. آزمون‌های مورد استفاده در این تحقیق شامل آمارهای همبستگی و رگرسیون در محیط نرم‌افزاری اس‌پی‌اس‌اس بود. نتایج نشان داد بین مولفه‌های هوش فرهنگی با فرسودگی شغلی معلمان زن و مرد مدارس ابتدایی شهر سقز در دوران پساکرونا به تفکیک جنسیت رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. بین مولفه‌های هوش هیجانی با فرسودگی شغلی معلمان زن و مرد مدارس ابتدایی شهر سقز در دوران پساکرونا به تفکیک جنسیت رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. 3/8 درصد نمرات فرسودگی شغلی معلمان ابتدایی زن شهرستان سقز ناشی از نمرات هوش فرهنگی و هوش هیجانی آنها و 3/11 درصد نمرات فرسودگی شغلی معلمان ابتدایی مرد شهرستان سقز ناشی از نمرات هوش فرهنگی و هوش هیجانی آنها می‌باشد. با افزایش میزان هوش فرهنگی و هوش هیجانی، میزان فرسودگی شغلی معلمان ابتدایی زن و مرد شهر سقز کاهش پیدا می‌کند. در واقع، هوش فرهنگی و هوش هیجانی می‌تواند فرسودگی شغلی معلمان ابتدایی زن و مرد شهر سقز را به صورت منفی و معکوس پیش‌بینی کند. این مطالعه جنبه‌هایی را شناسایی می‌کند که می‌تواند به معلمان کمک کند تا مهارت‌های هوش فرهنگی و ویژگی‌های هوش هیجانی خود را بهبود بخشند و توسعه دهند

the effect of cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence on job burnout of male and female primary school teachers in saghez in the post-corona era

the purpose of this research was the effect of cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence on job burnout of male and female elementary school teachers in saghez city in the post-corona era. the type of research method was correlation. the statistical population of the research included all the teachers working in primary schools of saghez city, which was estimated to be 1584 people based on the latest statistics. to determine the sample size, cochran's formula was used and the number of 309 people was determined as the sample size. the method of distributing questionnaires randomly was simple. the measurement tools included ang and airli's cultural intelligence (2004) with a reliability of 0.788, emotional intelligence questionnaire by bar-an (2006) with a reliability of 0.796, and moslesh and jackson's job burnout questionnaire (1986) with a reliability of 0.805. the tests used in this research included correlation and regression statistics in the spss software environment. the results showed that there is a significant relationship between the components of cultural intelligence and the burnout of male and female primary school teachers in saghez city in the post-corona era by gender. there is a significant relationship between the components of emotional intelligence and job burnout of male and female primary school teachers in saghez city in the post-corona era by gender. 8.3 percent of the burnout scores of female elementary school teachers in saghez city are caused by their cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence scores, and 11.3 percent of the burnout scores of male elementary school teachers in saghez city are caused by their cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence scores. by increasing the level of cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence, the level of burnout of male and female elementary school teachers in saghez city decreases. in fact, cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence can negatively and inversely predict job burnout of male and female elementary school teachers in saghez city. this study identifies aspects that can help teachers improve and develop their cultural intelligence skills and emotional intelligence characteristics.
