عدالت آموزشی در ایران از زبان شاخص ها، تبیین راهکارهای نیل به عدالت در آموزش

آموزش نقش کلیدی در تعیین نحوه گذراندن زندگی دارد. سطح تحصیلات بالاتر به معنای درآمد بالاتر، سلامتی مطلوب تر و عمر طولانی تر است. به همین ترتیب، هزینه های اجتماعی و مالی بلند مدت که متاثر از شکست تحصیلی می باشد، بالاست. کسانی که مهارت مشارکت اجتماعی و اقتصادی ندارند، هزینه های بیشتری برای سلامت، حمایت از درآمد، رفاه کودکان و سیستم های تامین اجتماعی ایجاد می کنند. بنابراین یک سیستم عادلانه و فراگیر که مزایای آموزش را در دسترس همگان قرار دهد، یکی از قدرتمند ترین اهرم ها برای ایجاد عدالت بیشتر در جامعه است. بخش اول این مقاله به بررسی شاخص های تبیین کننده عدالت آموزشی اختصاص دارد و در ادامه به بررسی وضعیت کشور با توجه به این شاخص ها پرداخته شده است. در بخش آخر راهکارهای بهبود عدالت در آموزش در حوزه های کلیدی با محوریت طراحی سیستم های آموزشی و تخصیص منابع ارائه شده است. امید است مراحل پیشنهادی در راستای کاهش بازماندگی از تحصیل و نرخ ترک تحصیل موثر واقع شده و همچنین به جلوگیری از اتلاف هزینه های مازاد آموزش اجتماعی بزرگسالان به حاشیه رانده شده با مهارت های اولیه کمک نماید و در نهایت نوید دهنده نیل به جامعه منصف با مردمان منصف تر باشد.

educational equity in iran on the eye of indices, investigating the ways of attaining equity

education plays a key role in living. higher levels education means higher income, better health and longer life. it also should be taken into account that the long-term social and financial costs that are affected by academic failure are high. those who lack the skills to participate socially and economically create higher costs for health, income support, child welfare, and social security systems. therefore, a fair and inclusive system that makes the benefits of education available to all is one of the most powerful levers to create more equity in society. the first part of this article is devoted to the study of the explanatory indicators of educational equity, and in the following, the study of the state of the iran according to these indicators is discussed. in the last part, solutions for improving equity in education in key areas are presented, focusing on the design of educational systems and resource allocation. it is hoped that the proposed steps will be effective in reducing the dropout rate and will also help prevent the waste of excess social education costs for marginalized adults with basic skills, and ultimately promise to achieve a fair society with fair manner people.
