تاثیر مدیریت آموزشی بر پیشرفت تحصیلی

مدیریت و رهبری از ارکان هر سازمان و جامعه ای است. مدیریت آموزشی، در بین سایر انواع مدیریت ها از جایگاه ویژه ای برخوردار است. اگر آموزش و پرورش هر جامعه در راس همه مسائل جامعه باشد، مدیریت آموزشی نیز با همان منطق، جایگاه مهمی در بهسازی و توسعه ی جامعه دارد. اگر مدیران آموزشی یک جامعه دارای دانش و مهارت های کافی باشند، بدون تردید، نظام آموزشی نیز از اثربخشی، کارائی و اعتبار بالایی برخوردار خواهد بود. آموزش و پرورش که دارای هدف های معنوی و اقتصادی است، و سعی دارد که فرد را در تحقق آن هدف ها به فعالیت نهادی وا دارد، امروزه در بیشتر جوامع از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. اهمیت عمده ی نهاد آموزش و پرورش در نقش اجتماعی آن است که با توجه به سازندگی فرد برای خود، در آماده نمودن او جهت زندگی در میان انسان ها همت می گمارد. این نقش با دادن یک سری از دانستنی های ناشی شده از فرهنگ جمعی به فرد، برآورد می شود. بدین نحو، تعلیم و تربیت ضمن دادن آمادگی به شخص، جهت رفع نیاز های مادی و معنوی خود، در کمک به مرتفع ساختن حوایج جمعی نیز او را آماده می سازد. وظیفه ی اساسی هر سازمان آموزشی دست یافتن به هدف های از پیش تعیین شده ی آموزشی و تربیتی است که ممکن است در حیطه های مختلف شناختی، عاطفی، روانی- حرکتی و ادراکی قرار بگیرد. برنامه ریزی در یک مفهوم کلی یعنی پیش بینی و تعیین راه ها، روش ها و امکانات برای رسیدن به یک هدف تربیتی مطلوب. برنامه ریزی، به عنوان مهمترین وظیفه ی مدیر آموزشی با توجه به سطح سازمانی یا موقعیتی که مدیر به کار اشتغال دارد، می باشد.
