مطالعه‌ تطبیقی‌ آموزش و پرورش سایه‌ ای در کره جنوبی‌ و آمریکا

یکی‌ از ارکان های بسیار مهم‌ که‌ نقش‌ مهمی‌ در توسعه‌ ابعاد فردی و اجتماعی‌ دارد، آموزش است‌. آموزش باعث‌ می‌ شود افراد در آنچه‌ از آنان انتظار می‌ رود مهارت و توانایی‌ لازم را کسب‌ کنند. به‌ این‌ منظور آموزش در برخی‌ کشورها جایگاه و موقعیت‌ ویژه تری یافته‌ است‌ و درکنار آموزش رسمی‌ خود، آموزش غیررسمی‌ را با تعبیر آموزش و پرورش سایه‌ ای تدبیر نموده اند. در این‌ مطالعه‌ سعی‌ شده این‌ نوع آموزش در دو کشور کره جنوبی‌ و آمریکا مورد بررسی‌ و تطبیق‌ قرار بگیرد. روش تحقیق‌ پژوهش‌ کیفی‌ است‌ و در آن ابتدا به‌ آموزش تکمیلی‌ در دو کشور موردنظر و سپس‌ به‌ مقایسه‌ آن در دو کشور پرداخته‌ شده است‌. یافته‌ های پژوهش‌ نشان می‌ دهد که‌ با وجود اهداف مشابه‌، سیاست‌ و استراتژی های متفاوتی‌ در آن ها حاکم‌ است‌. اما با این‌ وجود این‌ دولت‌ ها به‌ آموزش سایه‌ ای نگاه ویژه ای مبذول دارند. با این‌ حال دستاوردهای آن در کشور کره جنوبی‌ نسبت‌ به‌ آمریکا بیشتر و بهتر بوده است‌.

a comparative study of savei education in south korea and america

education is one of the very important elements that play an important role in the development of individual and social dimensions. education makes people acquire the necessary skills and abilities in what is expected of them. for this purpose, education in some countries has found a more special position and along with their formal education, they have devised informal education with the interpretation of shadow education. in this study, this type of education has been tried to be investigated and adapted in the two countries of south korea and america. the research method is qualitative research, and in it, supplementary education in the two countries in question and then its comparison in the two countries have been discussed. the findings of the research show that despite the similar goals, different policies and strategies prevail in them. however, these governments have a special view on shadow education. however, its achievements in south korea have been more and better than in america.
