کرونا هنوز پیچیده تر و مسری تر از قبل جولان می دهد؛ زندگی مسالمت آمیز با آن چیزی است که مسوولان بر آن تاکید می کنند؛ در عین حال دانش‌پژوهان برای گذران زندگی خود و تداوم کسب و کار و اقتصاد خانواده مجبور به مراودات اجتماعی هستند لاجرم مناسب ترین راه حل کاهش تجمعات استفاده از بستر الکترونیک و مدیریت زمان خدمت رسانی به مردم است. یکی از خدماتی که سال هاست از آن بحث می شود، دولت الکترونیک است که چشم اندازش استفاده بهینه و حداکثری از تمامی بسترها و زیرساخت های فناوری اطلاعات است. حوزه دولت الکترونیک به عنوان یکی از حوزه های زیر مجموعه فناوری اطلاعات، امروزه این امکان را برای دولت بوجود آورده است تا با استفاده از فناوریهای نوین اطلاع رسانی، اطلاعات و خدمات مورد نیاز جامعه را به سادگی، به سرعت و به شیوه ای کارآمد در حداقل زمان و با کمترین هزینه ارائه نمایند. اینترنت بهترین شیوه برای ارائه خدمات و اطلاعات است.این مطالعه از جمله اولین مطالعاتی است که یک چارچوب سیستماتیک برای بررسی روابط خدمات دیجیتال ، رضایت دانش‌پژوهان و خدمات پایدار تحت شرایط حدی ترس از بیماری همه گیر ارائه می دهد.
