ارزیابی آموزش در موسسات قرآنی مطالعه موردی: استان خراسان شمالی

ارزیابی دقیق از فعالیت های موسسات قرآنی مجوز گرفته از ارشاد و فرهنگ اسلامی در شهر بجنورد تا کنون بی سابقه بوده و برای این مجموعه ضروری است. برای نظارت دقیق این موسسات، لازم است در قالب پژوهشی مستقل آسیب شناسی شوند تا بر اساس شناخت نقاط ضعف و قوت آنها برنامه ریزی دقیقی برای ادامه فعالیت‌های این موسسات صورت گیرد. همچنین مشخص گردد موسسات فوق تا چه میزان در راستای رسالت آموزشی خود موفق هستند. این مقاله با رویکردی توصیفی تحلیلی به بررسی اهمیت ارزیابی آموزشی و نقش آن در ترقی نظارت اموزشی می پردازد و تلاش می نماید که پیشنهاداتی کاربردی درجهت رشد و توسعه کیفیت آموزشی درسیستم آموزش قرآنی کشور ارایه نماید. بر این اساس این پژوهش از طریق تعریف سوالات در بستر مجازی پرس لاین اطلاعات را گردآوری کرده است. پس از اخذ کلی آمار موسسات و شناسایی آنها، پرسش نامه هایی جداگانه در رابطه با سه شاخص کلاسهای درسی و محتوی آموزشی، مربیان و مدیران موسسات تهیه و تنظیم گردید و پس از تکمیل پرسش نامه ها توسط قرآن آموزان، فرم های آماری به دقت بررسی و تحلیل شده و بر اساس آنها راهکارهایی جهت تقویت این موسسات پیشنهاد گردید. از جمله پیشنهادات با توجه به خروجی پرسشنامه ها می توان به، کمک هزینه های مالی به قرآن پژوهان، استفاده از مکان ثابت برای موسسات، تجهیز موسسات به وسایل کمک آموزشی جدید، درجه بندی و سطح بندی حافظان قرآن و جدا کردن کلاسهای آموزشی ایشان از یکدیگر اشاره کرد.

a detailed assessment of the activities of quranic institutions licensed by the islamic guidance and culture in bojnord city is unprecedented and for this collection, it is necessary for these institutions to be analyzed in an independent research format in order to identify their strengths and weaknesses. they need to plan carefully to continue their activities. it should also be determined to what extent the above institutions adhere to the goals of their establishment according to the charter of establishment of quranic institutions under the supervision of ershad. based on this research, after obtaining the general statistics of the institutions and identifying them, separate questionnaires were prepared and adjusted in relation to the three indicators of classrooms and educational content, instructors and managers, and after the questionnaires were completed by quran students, the forms statistics were carefully examined and analyzed, and based on them, solutions were proposed to strengthen these institutions. among the suggestions according to the output of the questionnaires, financial aid to quran scholars, use of fixed location for institutions, equipping institutions with new educational aids, grading and leveling of quran memorizers and separating their educational classes from pointed to each other.
