   reinforcement of nanofibrous scaffolds based on polylactic acid/alginate using platelet-enriched plasma

چکیده    In the present study, platelet-rich plasma was placed in the polylactic acid (pla)/alginate (alg) polymer composite and electrospun using a two-nozzle machine. sem images and ft-ir spectra were used to investigate the morphological properties and the successful combination of polymers and prp. electrospinning results showed that pla/prp/alg containing nanofibers increased from 1% to 3% prp, the average diameter of nanofibers increased from 207 nm to 259 nm. the results of the stress-strain diagram showed that with the increase in prp percentage, the strength and length of the samples increase.
