   electrospinning of polyhydroxybutyrate/lignin/cellulose-nanofibers bio-nanocomposite scaffold for bone tissue engineering application

چکیده    The three-dimentional structure of scaffolds could mimic the highly hierarchical formation of extracellular-matrix. modern tissue engineering focuses on the composition, method of preparation, morphology, and other characteristics influencing the biological responses of these micro-structures. the bio-nanocomposite composition of polyhydroxybutyrate/lignin reinforced by cellulose-nanofibers was selected to prepare an electrospun scaffold in this research. for this purpose, the solvent selection step and optimization of electrospinning conditions were studied with the help of hansen solubility parameters and taguchi method. then, the human osteoblast mg63-cells proliferation on the fibrous structure of this scaffold w::as char::acterized by field emmision scanning electron microscopy. theoretical investigation of hansen parameters suggested the trifluoro acetic-acid as the best common solvent for polyhydroxybutyrate and lignin. moreover, taguchi method also recognized the injection rate of 0.5ml/hr and applied voltage of 15kv at a distance of 15cm, as the optimal conditions to achieve a uniform beadless mat. consequently, microscopic evaluation of the 1st, 3rd, and 7th day of cell cultivation proved that the mg63-cells had a significant proliferation on the uniform structure of this bio-nanocomposite electrospun scaffold.
