   synthesis of nano-gelatin containing curcumin and investigating the effect of glutaraldehyde as a crosslinker in drug delivery

چکیده    The use of controlled drug delivery systems is widely considered in the world. in this research, drug delivery systems based on synthetic nano-gelatin were investigated to carry the drug curcumin. first, synthesis of nano-gelatin containing the drug curcumin was carried out and glutaraldehyde was used as a cross-linking agent. after the synthesis, the morphology of the samples was examined by sem. then, drug loading in nano-gelatin substrate was confirmed by ftir spectrum and the effect of cross-linking agent on drug release was investigated using uv-vis spectrum. finally, the synthesized system with a drug to gelatin ratio of 1:3 and glutaraldehyde concentration of 8% was found to be suitable due to the higher amount of loaded drug as well as more continuous and controlled release
