چکیده
|
Polyaniline (pani) with a similar chemical structure to thermoplastic polyurethane (tpu) can change the degree of micro-phase separation morphology and crystallization of tpu/pani blends. in this work, first the emeraldine salt form of pani nanorods were synthesized. then tpu/pani blends (0, 0.8, 1.2, and 2 wt.% pani) were prepared by solution casting and evaluated by dsc.it was found that the addition of the pani leads to the tg of soft segment significantly decreasing and a new hard segment crystal domain with a higher melting temperature (tm2=188°c) being formed. also, the degree of micro-phase separation between the hard and soft segment was enhanced.
