چکیده    The bioprinting technique in tissue engineering enables printing a wide range of biomaterials by utilizing flow through a nozzle. for the proper flow of bioink, it is necessary to benefit from favorable rheological properties. in this research, the rheological investigation of alginate-gelatin hydrogel was carried out in three modes of time, frequency, and shear sweeps to estimate the printability and determine the optimal concentration of the hydrogel. the results of the time and frequency sweeps analyses showed an increase in storage and loss modulus with increasing alginate concentration. the flow behavior of the samples showed the property of shear thinning by fitting the power-law equation. according to the results, the optimal concentration of 4alg-5gel with suitable rheological properties was introduced to prepare bioink and bioprinting.
