The selectivity and stability of biosensor are still challenging goal. in this study novel magnetic bio-based nanocomposite of aniline and pyrrole was prepared via a facile free radical polymerization at room temperature. ftir, xrd, cyclic voltammetry (cv), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (eis) were employed to characterize the morphology and electrochemical properties of synthesized nanocomposite. furthermore, the synthesized nanocomposite was used for the fabrication of electrochemical non-enzymatic biosensor for sensitive determination of glucose in naoh medium. the invented sensor exhibited a high sensitivity, and low detection limit. besides that, the interference study shows excellent selectivity and also retains good stability. moreover, this non-enzymatic electrochemical sensor cmc-(aniline-co-pyrrole)@fe3o4 nanocomposite could be utilized as low cost, an eco-friendly and an alternative tool for the assay of glucose and possibly other biomolecules.
