Recently, a new method based on direct printing of polymer solutions has been reported, which has advantages such as being cheap, printing a wide range of polymers and being controllable with wide parameters. in this method, the polymer solution is printed in the nonsolvent bath and forms a deposit in situ. in this work, for the first time, by using immersion precipitation 3d printing method, a process window is proposed for printing pla solution in ethanol nonsolvent. in the printability map of pla solution, it was found that the concentration of 15 wt% pla and the flow rate of 0.1 mg/s with a printing speed of 1 mm/s brings the best accuracy of printing.
