چکیده
|
Photothermal therapy is a technique that converts light into heat energy to weaken the bacteria walls and thereby kill them. combining photothermal therapy with traditional antibacterial agents such as agnps can combat bacterial infection more efficiently. although silver is among the most studied traditional antibacterial agents, its accumulation and migration in the polymer matrix suppress its bactericidal performance. an appropriate substrate with a large surface area, such as graphene oxide (go), can increase agnp stability and address the mentioned problems. in this study, the agnps were in-situ decorated on the surface of graphene oxide using polydopamine (pda). pda served as a green reducing agent and a platform to attach the agnps on the surface of go nanosheets. the ag@pda-go hybrid nanostructures was incorporated into the wpu matrix to prepare antibacterial nanocomposite wound dressing with photothermal activity under nir laser.
