چکیده
|
A non-isocyanate polyurethane oligomer (nipu) with free hydroxyl and quaternary ammonium groups was used as an initiator for ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone to produce polymers at two different molecular weights. the resulting nipu-graft -poly(ε-caprolactone)s were transformed into nonwoven nanofibers mats and subjected to different chemical and biological assays. the recorded results showed the potential applicability of these materials as antibacterial wound dressings.
