چکیده    In the present work three-dimensional scaffold with innovative microstructure is proposed for the regeneration of critical bone size defects. by using a modified electrospinning set-up with helical-designed collector, 3d polymeric nanofibrous structure based on polycaprolactone and fish skin-derived gelatin was prepared. as an innovative osteogenic cermaic compartment, natural coral microparticles were incorporated in to the nanofibrous scaffold. in addition to compleate analysis and in vitro experiments, as in vivo evaluation, fabricated scaffold were implanted in the critical-size wistar rats calvarial defects. according to the in vivo evalution outcomes such as micro-ct results, the novel osteogenic 3d nanofibrous scaffold revelaed wonderful capability in the full regeneration of critical-size osseous tissues.
