چکیده
|
In recent years, due to the condition of coronavirus covid-19 and the increase in the delivery of postal goods nowadays the foams have received a lot of attention in industrial specially in packaging industry. according to importance of subject we focused on synthesizes of micronization eco-friendly polylactide foam (lactirofoam). for this purpose, firstly, the synthesize of polylactide has been done by ring-opening polymerization of l-lactide with benzyl alcohol in presence of sn(ii)-catalysis. after that the water solution of polylactide has been made and the micronization polylactide with micronized machine was carried out. then the solution was precipitated in a mold and dry it at room temperature. the products were characterized by atr ft-ir 1h-nmr, dta/tga/dtg, gpc and photo scanning with optical microscope. the results showed the successful synthesis of polylactide as a white foam (lactirofoam) for first time.
