   chemorheological characterization of htpb based polyurethane formulations containing different chain extender contents

چکیده    Polyurethanes (pus), due to their structure-property relationships can be regarded as one of the most practical polymers. pus are usually polymerized using different diols, diisocyanates and chain extenders (ces). ces are typically low molecular weight (less than 400 g/mol) diols or diamines. among variable parameters related to pu-ces, in this paper, the effect of ce content in some linear aliphatic diols on pu chemorheological behavior have been investigated. the results showed an acceptable agreement with literature reported data. it was observed that there is a direct relation between ce content and the final pu viscosity, i.e. ces with low mass percent may provide more accesible time to cast the pu mixture.
