In this paper, magnesium ethoxide (mge) with spherical controlled morphology was used as a ziegler-natta (zn) catalyst carrier for the polymerization of propylene. the polymerization results showed that the main factors in the synthesis of these catalysts are the structure of the internal donor (id), ti /mg and si/mg ratio. increasing the ti /mg ratio increased the activity of the catalyst. increasing the si/mg ratio decreased the activity of the catalyst, but it improved the morphology. using phthalate as an internal donor showed higher activity than diether (bmf) and succinate compounds.
