چکیده    One of the key points in the design of tissue engineering scaffolds is the bioinspiration of the extracellular matrix (ecm). this is why nanofibrous scaffolds are of special importance in the field of tissue engineering, because they can simulate the morphology of collagen nanofibrils in ecm. one of the three-dimensional structures that can be considered for tissue engineering scaffolds is composite scaffolds. therefore, in this study, we first developed polycaprolactone fibers using the centrifugal spinning method, and after milling by a blade mill, a porous composite scaffold was prepared from gelatin and short polycaprolactone fibers by freeze drying, to create a three-dimensional structure similar to ecm for cell growth. the final scaffold was evaluated by microscopic tests and cell viability.
