چکیده    Composite particles of carbon black pigment and styrene butyl acrylate copolymer were produced by in situ suspension copolymerization. in this study the effects of homogenization speed, pigment concentration, and stabilizer concentration on the properties of complex spheres were investigated. the properties of produced toner particles were evaluated using scanning electron microscopy test to detect microstructure, gravimetric test to evaluate reaction conversion and colorimetric test to check color properties and its uniformity. the results of orthogonal experiments proved that the stabilizer concentration plays the most important role in controlling the size of complex particles.
