چکیده
|
The main goal of this work was to enhance the mechanical properties of basil seed gum (bsg) with graphene oxide (go) nanosheet. in this regard, bsg film containing the optimum concentration of 0.25 wt% of go was fabricated through the solvent casting method. the structure of the prepared nanocomposite was analyzed via fesem micrograph and the presence of go nanosheets was confirmed. moreover, the mechanical behavior of the fabricated film and nanocomposites was characterized by tensile analysis. our results demonstrated that tensile strength, elongation at break, and modulus of the bsg nanocomposites increased by incorporating a small percentage(0.25%wt) of go nanosheets.
