چکیده    In this research, polypropylene/polyethylene terephthalate-based polymer blends were prepared using a single screw extruder equipped with a slit die. in order to investigate how the temperature of the die affects the rheology-morphology relationship of the blends, at a constant screw speed, the temperature of the die was set at three different values of 280, 290 and 300 ˚c . scanning electron microscopy (sem) and rheological tests of start-up of simple shear flow and stress relaxation were used in order to make connection between morphology and rheology of the samples. the results showed that increasing the die temperature causes an increase in the diameter of the pet droplets and as a result, the stress relaxation process slows down after cessation of the flow field. in addition, changing the die temperature affected the initial behavior of the samples in the start-up test. however, finally the stress for all three samples in steady state ended up with a similar constant value.
